Why we exist

Grief sharpened our gratitude for a friend who believed in people before they believed in themselves. This foundation exists so that belief continues in classrooms, laboratories, and graduation halls across the country he loved.

About the foundation

The Clement Olufemi Ajayi Foundation was created by family and friends to turn loss into momentum. We partner with selected primary schools, secondary schools, and universities to spotlight students who have earned the top of the class, especially where encouragement can change a young person’s trajectory.

Our work is intentionally practical: clear criteria, transparent selection alongside each institution, and awards presented at moments students will remember for life. As we grow, we hope to add mentorship and alumni networks so support does not end at the ceremony.
